All services offered by Tracy Frederick through Waymaker Communications, LLC are complementary to the support offered by other professionals, including, but not limited to doctors, lawyers, healthcare practitioners, and financial advisers and are not intended to replace any professional services.

Services Agreement

Tracy’s  readings, healing, mentoring, meditations, website information, and all other teachings and services provide a spiritual perspective. They are not intended to take the place of a medical diagnosis, doctors’ consultation, treatment by the medical profession, legal advice, financial advice, pastoral or any other type of advice provided by a professional adviser.

Meditation, intuitive readings, and energy healing are theoretical in nature and unconfirmed by Western science and medicine. However, it is possible that they could lead to changes in your life and physical body as you adjust to and integrate new information.

By receiving any service, product, or information from Tracy Frederick, whether free or paid, you acknowledge the above information, receive it at your own risk and agree you will:

1.   operate from your own free will at all times.

2.   not use the service, product, or information in place of professional advice.

3.   continue to follow the advice of your doctor and health professionals.

4.   take responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health, including changes that occur during and after services.

5.   retain only what feels correct for you and leave the rest behind.

6.   interrupt, pause or stop the session immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

7.   consult with licensed professionals for your specific problems as appropriate.

8.   familiarize yourself with Tracy’s credentials so you understand what is being offered.

9.   release Tracy Frederick and Waymaker Communications, LLC from all legal liability during and after receiving services, products or information from them

Services, products and information are not intended to tell you what you should believe or do. Nor are they intended to predict the future; your free will allows you to make your own choices.

Session Recordings

Recordings created may be offered as a complimentary service. They are of a private and confidential nature. You have permission to retain one copy of each session for personal use and to listen to it as many times as you wish. You do not have permission to publish it, duplicate it, edit it, share it, provide copies to others, or allow others to listen to it. To do so would be a breach of privacy and trust. These conditions also apply if you record your session, whether you obtain her permission or not.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Advance payment is due on confirmation of your appointment. Cancellations and reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given fees are non-refundable. Session credits from courses and mentoring packages are nonrefundable and must be used within 12 months of the original purchase.

The appointment scheduling system includes a tick box for you to state your agreement with the terms and conditions presented on this web page, as well as our privacy policy. It is also implied when you book a class or an appointment by any other means that you are accepting the terms and conditions explained on this page in exchange for receiving the services, products or information. If you do not agree you should not book a session, purchase a product or take a class.

Confidentiality

Client information is kept confidential, except in special circumstances including the following:

1.   a client in imminent danger of hurting herself/himself.

2.   a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another.

3.   a child, elderly or disabled person is being abused.

4.   criminal activity is taking place.

5.   there is a court order to present testimony in a legal proceeding.

6.   a client fails to pay for services requiring action to collect fees due.

7.   professional advice is required to deal with a situation.

If our sessions are being conducted over the phone, Zoom, Skype, What’s App, or similar and with email it is not possible to guarantee the confidentiality of the information contained as there is third party involvement in providing these services.

Termination

At any time during our work together if I determine, in my sole discretion, that I cannot be of benefit to you or not be effective in helping you reach your goals, I have the right to terminate our practitioner-client relationship.

Warranties and Representations

You acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results you will achieve from any insight, guidance, product, or program provided by Tracy Frederick and Waymaker Communications, LLC. You understand that results are individual and may vary. You acknowledge that it is a requirement that you have read this waiver before you book services, purchase products, and receive information from Tracy Frederick and Waymaker Communications, LLC. By accepting the services, products, and information you are also agreeing to release liability and waive any right you or my successors might have to bring a legal action or assert a claim against Tracy Frederick and Waymaker Communications, LLC for negligence or that of its employees, agents, or contractors.

Waiver

In consideration of the agreement to receive information, instruction, assistance, healing, guidance, or training, you agree to release and discharge and hold harmless Tracy Frederick and Waymaker Communications,LLC  and its respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims,
